Grease-laden exhaust air is highly flammable. Our bifurcated fans route airflow around the motor, eliminating direct motor contact with grease vapours and dramatically reducing fire risk.

High-Temperature Operation

Commercial cooking environments sustain temperatures of 150–205°C continuously. Our kitchen-rated fans are designed with heat-resistant impellers, sealed high-temperature bearings, and Class H insulation.
